This composition is one of 5 that constitute a single work of art. All of these compositions are to be exhibited together and in the indicated sequence.
Other Remarks:
According to Bourgeois’s assistant, Jerry Gorovoy, Bourgeois created a series of "The Bad Girl" drawings over the course of several days using a single sketch pad. The screenprints are based on these source drawings, which are reproduced in the Evolving Composition Diagram for each print composition.
